Job description:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience — from first contact through to after-sales service. You will collaborate across internal teams and global networks to deliver trusted solutions that strengthen customer relationships and business growth.
Responsibilities- Sales Coordination & Customer Management: Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth acquisition-to-delivery process.
- Quotation & Proposal Management: Prepare accurate quotations and pricing proposals in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
- Project & Order Coordination: Monitor and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring timely updates, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Maintain sales documentation, CRM updates, and assist with reporting to support business continuity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with local and international business units to coordinate sales activities and pre-sales requirements (e.g., NDAs, account setups).
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service (preferably B2B / technical industry)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and familiarity with ERP tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages is an advantage)
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
