Business Analyst - Fund Services (Banking/ UP 8k)

• Adecco is partnering with our client, a leading banking organization, to hire a Business Analyst - Fund Services based in Singapore.
• This role is supporting a regional Fund Services transformation initiative. The role sits within the Securities & Fiduciary Services Operations function and focuses on enhancing operational processes, system integration, and client service delivery across regional and global teams.
• The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to support business analysis, process improvement, system implementation, and operational optimization initiatives within Fund Services operations.
• Hiring team is open to Business Analysts who are keen to pick up product knowledge!

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Fund Services, Securities Services, or Financial Services operations
• Funds related background a plus
• Experience working with regional or global operational teams
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting system implementation, process improvement, and operational change initiatives
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio/documentation tools

• Experience within banking or financial institutions
• Exposure to operational risk analysis and process optimization initiatives
• Experience supporting UAT, system testing, and validation activities
• Familiarity with securities operations and fiduciary services processes
• Experience preparing training materials, SOPs, and user documentation

Job Description

As a Business Analyst - Fund Services, you will support the delivery and enhancement of operational and technology initiatives within the Fund Services function while ensuring alignment with regional and global operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements for Fund Services initiatives
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to design and implement operational solutions
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Provide subject matter expertise to support operational teams and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements and new product offerings
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
• Support seamless integration of new solutions into existing operational processes
• Assist stakeholders in resolving operational and process-related challenges
