Quality Manager (GRC) - Bukit Merah

The Opportunity:

• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and they are looking for Quality Manager (GRC) to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value growth opportunities, trainings and diversity.

Responsibilities:

• Drive proactive and agile Quality Management by maintaining and improving Quality Management System (QMS), tools, and documentation.
• Ensure QMS aligns with Integrated Management System (IMS), manage certification strategy, audits, and related processes.
• Conduct internal audits, coordinate certification audits, and manage audit findings, including root cause analysis and timely action completion.
• Maintain and enhance document and data management systems, instructional documentation, and oversee Quality KPIs and reporting.
• Support departments and leadership in achieving high-quality standards, client audits, management reviews, and identifying improvement areas.
• Promote QMS and certification awareness, fostering collaboration with sites, departments, and alignment with GRC and management systems teams.
• Contribute to strategic Quality projects, monitor updates in certification standards, and support team leadership in cultivating a positive team culture.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Quality Management and Management Systems, including relevant certifications.
