Join a leading oil & gas company as a Settlement Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing Letters of Credit, payments, and funding arrangements. Work closely with counterparties, bankers, and operations teams to support the company's global trade activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle AR and AP for physical products trading transactions.
- Issue Import LC and negotiate Export LC with banks
- Review trade contracts
- Coordinate with operations team regarding trade and shipment information
- Follow up on the approval for payments
- Handle payments for cargo and direct expenses
- Maintain updated trade information in the system for the month-end accounts closing
- Provide information on accounts receivables & payables for Treasury's cashflow planning
