IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary
You'll be the primary IT liaison between HQ and our subsidiaries, keeping our infrastructure running, our users supported, and our systems continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily IT support for HQ and regional users — hardware, software, network, ERP/CRM systems
- Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network systems, and cloud platforms (Azure/Alibaba Cloud)
- Perform system maintenance: patching, updates, antivirus management, and data backups
- Manage IT security — user access controls, endpoint protection, and system compliance
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding with account setup, access rights, and device allocation
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure service levels are met
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, inventory, hardware, and software licences
- Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and user guides
- Participate in IT projects, system rollouts, and business initiatives
- Identify and recommend technology improvements to enhance productivity and user experience
