Sales Support Executive (Freight Forwarding) - Tampines

Roles & Responsibilities

• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
• Position Title: Customer Service & Sales Support Executive
• Working Location: BEACH ROAD
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm) And alternate saturday 9am to 1 pm
• Duration: Permanent

• Provide sales support for customers.
• Manage daily air and ocean freight requests (import/export)
• Address inquiries for key accounts from diverse industries background.
• Respond to international requests and provide quotations as needed.
• Support the General Manager and Operations in overseeing customer service and sales assistance.

• Min 1 years of experience in handling Airfreight and/ or Ocean freight.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin language, to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics, including import, export, and cross-trade.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
