What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of customer service OR operations experience in freight forwarding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written & verbal) to effectively converse with English and Mandarin clients in Singapore and overseas.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, staying calm under pressure.
