Responsibilities

Lead the development of the company, developing strategies to achieve planned company's milestones
Provide leadership to achieve the company's objectives
Plan and propose resources to support the growth demands of the company
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities including geographic expansion
Provide leadership in the commercialization efforts of the companys product, including development and execution of entry strategies for new markets to ensure successful market penetration and growth
Implement and execute plans that includes sourcing for distribution partners and identifying suitable channels to market the product
Oversee the financial management of the company
Work with the finance team to seek revenue forecast and budget
Monitor financial performance against forecasts and execute corrective actions
Work closely with the engineering team to create strong partnership with industry partners

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Business
At least 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably from medical devices industry
Strategic business thinking with ability to be hands on
Strong business sense to implement commercial strategies for the company
Prior knowledge or experience in medical device industry will be advantageous
