CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Description & Requirements

Develop & produce comprehensive building maintenance proposals using gondola systems by studying architectural layout plans, elevations etc, and based on client's requirements
Prepare technical drawings/ construction drawings/ detailed drawing
Prepare as-built drawings for submission
Accurately operate and maintain the drawing and documentation libraries
Attend site meetings
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, clients, consultants, and vendors
Collate daily job requests across all sites, and plan daily job deployment
Perform other administrative & operational duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellence in 2D & 3D AutoCad
Proficient in computer skills with good knowledge of reading elevation details, section details, using photoshop & freehand
Knowledge on 3D Max, Photoshop, Revit, and rendering of projects will be an advantage
At least 1 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry is required
Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
Mature and independent with good working attitude
Self-starter, able to multitask, and meet deadlines
Reliable, responsible and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
