CLO Haus, the construction arm of the CLO Group, is looking for a Civil Engineer to support the execution of our design-and-build projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working closely with site teams, consultants, and designers to deliver quality construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate civil and structural works on-site

Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards

Support preparation and coordination of shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters

Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance

Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues

Maintain site documentation, inspections, and handover records

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering or related field

2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or interior fit-out projects

Able to read and interpret construction drawings confidently

Familiar with Singapore construction practices and site regulations

Experience in residential or commercial projects is an advantage

Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced site environment
