Customer Service Executive (Sea freight)
  • 5 days, 8.45am-6pm, 1 half Sat (9.30am-12pm) once in every 3 months
  • Salary: $2800 -$3200
  • Location: Jalan Pemimpin, Singapore 577177 (Marymount)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to sale department
  • Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc
  • Preparation of documents for Import / Export/ Transshipments / D/O release
  • Verifying for all costs
  • Attend to enquiry on rates, shipment tracking, etc
  • Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment
  • Handling Consol and Taobao shipments
  • Handling Import and export document

Requirements:

  • Min 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding is required for this position.
