Beauty and Wellness Manager at Luxury High-End Aesthetic Beauty TCM Spa.

Overview: De Beaute is seeking a responsible Beauty and Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of our Cat One Beauty and TCM Wellness Spa. This role requires a polished, service‑oriented leader who can balance commercial performance with world‑class guest experiences.

The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of high‑end wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience and Service Excellence.
  • Curate an atmosphere of tranquillity, elegance, and personalised hospitality throughout the spa.
  • Deliver impeccable service standards by engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and ensuring every visit feels bespoke.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with VIP and long‑standing clients, providing tailored recommendations and seamless service coordination.
  • Oversee all guest recovery efforts, resolving concerns with grace, confidentiality, and utmost professionalism.
Sales and Revenue Leadership
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies, including seasonal promotions, signature packages, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the team in thoughtful upselling of premium treatments and luxury retail lines.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure the spa meets or exceeds revenue goals.
  • Partner closely with marketing and hotel leadership to drive brand visibility and guest engagement.
Team Leadership and Talent Development
  • Inspire, mentor, and guide a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and specialists to deliver five‑star service consistently.
  • Conduct training programs focused on service etiquette, treatment excellence, and luxury guest communication.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and performance evaluations in alignment with hotel standards.
  • Promote a harmonious, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
Operations and Business Management
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the spa, ensuring impeccable cleanliness, ambience, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
  • Review financial statements and market trends to refine pricing, service menus, and product offerings.
  • Stay informed on global wellness trends, treatments, and technologies to maintain top-end services to clients and an innovative beauty and wellness spa experience
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness environment is required.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance guest satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest‑relations abilities.
  • Expertise in high-end aesthetics, beauty, wellness and TCM wetness and spa therapies, skincare, and premium wellness solutions
