Sales Executive [Business Consulting / Licensing Services]

Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join a growing organization supporting businesses in their setup and operational requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable engaging business owners while navigating regulatory and compliance-related processes, making it ideal for candidates who understand compliance frameworks and enjoy building client relationships.

Job Scope:

• Identify and engage potential clients, including entrepreneurs, SMEs, and business owners
• Understand client needs and advise on appropriate solutions related to business setup, compliance, submission processes, and timelines
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
• Stay updated on Singapore regulations related to land use, building compliance, and licensing requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track performance

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related fields
• Experience in permit applications, licensing, or change-of-use processes in Singapore is an advantage
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus
• Strong understanding of local regulatory authorities (e.g., URA, BCA, SCDF, NEA)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
