About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Associate to support outreach initiatives, engagement campaigns and prospect coordination efforts. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy communication, connecting with people and learning about business development environments.
What You’ll Be Doing- Support outreach campaigns through calls, messages and events
- Connect with prospective clients and maintain engagement
- Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Track outreach activities and update engagement records
- Support roadshows, workshops and lead generation initiatives
- Base pay + performance-based incentives
- Exposure to outreach and client engagement strategies
- Opportunities to participate in events and networking sessions
