The role

Join the team at Let's Fly Travel Pte. Ltd. as a Sales and Customer Service Tour Consultant. In this full-time position based in the Chinatown Central Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and booking travel experiences for our valued clients.

• Actively engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Research and recommend the best travel options to suit customer requirements
• Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and booking policies
• Process travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and changes to travel regulations
• Collaborate with the wider team to provide a seamless customer experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing sales or travel consultant role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping customers plan their dream holidays
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and relevant software
• A team player with a positive and helpful attitude
