The role
Join the team at Let's Fly Travel Pte. Ltd. as a Sales and Customer Service Tour Consultant. In this full-time position based in the Chinatown Central Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and booking travel experiences for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing- Actively engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Research and recommend the best travel options to suit customer requirements
- Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and booking policies
- Process travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and changes to travel regulations
- Collaborate with the wider team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing sales or travel consultant role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping customers plan their dream holidays
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and relevant software
- A team player with a positive and helpful attitude
