Administrative/Operations Executive - Bukit Merah

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including filing, record-keeping, and scheduling
- Coordinate internal meetings and assist with preparation of agendas, minutes, and reports
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and general enquiries
- Support procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
- Maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes
- Assist in HR-related admin tasks such as leave tracking and onboarding paperwork
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support operational needs
- Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of administrative or office management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
