about the role

responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives while ensuring strong corporate governance frameworks are in place. You will work closely with senior leadership to align business operations with long-term goals, manage risk, and support effective decision-making across the organization.

• develop and improve corporate governance frameworks, policies, and internal controls to ensure compliance.
• monitor governance practices, conduct audits, and manage risk controls
• track regulatory changes, adjust governance structures, and report to senior management and the board.
• support senior management in developing and executing short-term and long-term strategies.
• drive internal initiatives to optimize operations, enhance management processes, and strengthen corporate culture.
• organize strategy meetings and cross-departmental collaborations for effective execution.

• bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field (certifications in governance or risk management preferred).
• experience in corporate governance, compliance, or risk control in large organizations.
• strong understanding of industry regulations and governance frameworks.
• experience with LTA or MRT projects and their specific governance and regulatory requirements.
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with board-level reporting experience.
