Responsibilities:
- Attending to incoming calls, live chat and email queries
- Resolve customer queries and collate their feedback
- Log all calls and emails queries according to the systems
Requirements:
- Min. O Level or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of Customer Service Experience in Call Centre Environment
