☑ $2400 - $2800 (Depend on Exp) + AWS + VB

☑ Mon to Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm

☑ Work Location: Potong Pasir (walking distance from MRT)

☑ Must be comfortable deal with Customer & Supplier

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Receive and accurately process customer orders.
• Prepare and manage essential sales documents including Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Packing Lists.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Communicate with factories and customers to manage orders and deliveries.
• Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and properly filed.
• Manage payment processes, perform reconciliation, and liaise with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Provide high-level customer service and support.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support additional tasks or ad-hoc duties as required by the Superior or Manager.

Requirement:

• O Level & Above
• Min 2 years of sales coordinator or administrative support experience
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
