Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders efficiently
• Respond to sales inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare quotations and handle order documentation
• Coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks
• Ensure accurate data entry of sales orders
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Manage contractor invoice processing
• Assist other task given by Superior

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in order processing and sales support
• Experience in logistics coordination is a plus
