Sales manager ( Up to $10k basic | Industrial/ Oil & gas) - Choa Chu Kang

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in sectors such as power generation, water & wastewater, petrochemical, oil & gas, and general industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Promote and sell service solutions including repair, maintenance, overhaul, retrofitting, and spare parts for rotating equipment.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure alignment of customer requirements and technical feasibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and site visits as required.
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems and provide timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in rotating equipment or industrial service solutions.
• Strong network in industries such as water, power, oil & gas, and manufacturing.
• Proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel within the region for client visits and business development.
