Our client is one of the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies. They are actively looking for Scrum Master to join their operations.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate delivery team ceremonies
Facilitate removal of impediments and mitigates risks for the delivery team
Coach the delivery team on following through on actions from retrospectives or inspect and adapt sessions
Work with delivery team to establish working agreements (e.g. Definition of Ready, Definition of Done)
Work with teams on continuous improvement, cycle time reduction, and maximizing the flow of value
Establishes and facilitates collaboration across delivery teams
Create a safe environment for healthy conflict and meaningful collaboration

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working in an agile role
