We invite candidates with diverse skill sets to become part of our Central Kitchen Family, where we run various sections, including a hot catering kitchen, pastry and bakery, raw protein (meats and seafood), and green produce preparation. Situated in Tampines, our central kitchen plays a crucial role in ensuring the preparation and distribution of both perishable and non-perishable inventory for all the restaurants and concepts within the Ebb & Flow Group.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in producing high-quality baked goods and pastries.
Prepare ingredients and support the baking and pastry production for the central kitchen and affiliated brands.
Ensure consistent quality control in all stages of food production, including safe and hygienic preparation and storage of food items.
Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized central kitchen.

Qualifications:

A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Be bold and possess a never-say-die attitude.
Take responsibility for your work and like to push boundaries to further your skills and abilities
