Job Description & Requirements This project focuses on auditing legacy sites to ensure compliance with global QA standards. Standards have evolved over time, and not all sites were retroactively updated. The goal is to perform a full site validation for all offices first, followed by data centers, ensuring both legacy and current sites meet the latest requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Validate systems against current standards (not reprogramming from scratch).
• Focus on Genetec (video management) and CCure (access control) systems.
• Check configurations, firmware, and operational status.

• Validation Process: Extract system data and load into audit tools.
• Review failures flagged by the tool and manually validate accuracy.
• Complete checklists: mark pass/fail, investigate reasons for failures (e.g., ongoing repairs).
• Attention to Detail: Compare existing configurations to standards.
• Identify programming errors or deviations.

Tools & Training:

• Auditors will receive training on validation tools.
• Manual checks remain essential for accuracy.

• This is a repetitive, detail-oriented role requiring familiarity with CCure and Genetec menus.
• Auditors must ensure accurate data transfer from tools to checklists.
• Final reports must reflect compliance status and any corrective actions needed.
