This digital asset exchange is committed to investing for future growth. It is now seeking to recruit a highly capable Head of Audit, Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO and BOD Audit Committee, you will be responsible for planning, supervising and executing the audit, risk assessment and special reviews for its Singapore operations. You will provide an independent assessment of the activities and their conformity of operations control, compliance and corporate procedures.You will prepare and review audit reports, liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities, and communicate audit issues to the Audit Committee, senior management, risk and governance committees.
Requirements
Degree qualified and with relevant certifications (such as CIA, CPA, CA, CISA or equivalent), you will possess at least 15 years of experience. With a proven track record as Head of Audit, you possess broad experience including audit, risk, compliance and governance.Prior experience in an exchange, a regulator, financial services, fintech and a start-up is highly preferred. With excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, you are highly credible, analytical, a problem solver, a logical thinker and calm under pressure.
You operate with high integrity and possess strong leadership, management and people skills.
