Internal Sales Executive
We are a regional subsidiary of a privately owned German company specializing in hydraulic accessories for the Oil & Gas, Shipbuilding, Transport, and General Industries. Our Singapore office serves as the Southeast Asia regional hub, supporting sales, distribution, and customer service activities across the region.
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to assist the sales team and help strengthen our market presence in Southeast Asia.
Role Summary
Provide effective internal sales support with responsibility for purchasing coordination and execution of marketing activities. Ensure smooth order processing, timely procurement, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support- Prepare quotations, process orders, and handle customer enquiries
- Follow up on order status, deliveries, and documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely fulfilment
- Place purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and availability
- Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate inventory
- Support cost control and basic supplier evaluation
- Maintain accurate records for sales and purchasing
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Prepare basic reports on orders, inventory, and purchasing
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years relevant experience in sales support / purchasing
- Experience in industrial or technical products preferred
- Familiar with ERP systems and MS Office
- Good coordination and communication skills, proficient in English and Mandarin
Working Days: Monday to Friday
