Our client is seeking a IT Support Technician to join their team!

About Our Client
Our client has been a leader in precision treatment for critical environments since 1989, delivering controlled finishes and meeting stringent standards. They support sectors like hard drive, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing with dependable solutions.
Other Information:
- Working Day: 5 days
- Working Hour: 8am-545pm
- Working Location: Senoko Area
- Salary Range: $2,800-$3,500
- Hands-on technical support: Provide on-site assistance for computers, printers, network devices, and smart systems, ensuring all hardware and connectivity remain in top working order.
- System installation and maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain workstations and essential business software across both Windows and open-source environments.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
- System reliability: Maintain system uptime, file sharing, and basic data backup processes to support uninterrupted business operations.
- Asset and documentation management: Keep IT assets, cabling, and records well-organised and consistently up to date.
- Smart and security systems support: Assist with CCTV, access control, and IoT devices as needed, contributing to a safe and connected workplace.
- Continuous improvement: Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement improvements, adopt open technologies, and streamline day-to-day IT operations.
- Technical Expertise: Minimum Higher Nitec in IT Systems and Network.
- Practical Experience: Prior experience in IT support or system setup is preferred.
- Continuous Learning: Comfortable with learning new tools and platforms to adapt to our evolving technology landscape.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to investigate and resolve technical issues independently.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users, ensuring everyone can understand and use our systems effectively.
