Account Executive

Our company is a Singapore-based SME specializing in the distribution of laboratory supplies for pharmaceutical companies.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to support finance and operational activities, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, and monthly closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle AR and AP functions
Issue invoices and process payments
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
Manage supplier payments and payment schedules
Maintain accurate accounting and sales records
Support monthly account reconciliation and closing
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Support customer service and internal business operations

Requirements

Experience in accounting, finance, account management, or business development
Familiar with CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic data analysis
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
