Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage emails, respond or forward as necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and well-functioning office environment, coordinating with cleaning services
  • Responsible for courier services and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Source for office suppliers and negotiate on terms
  • Ensure timely procurement of stationery supplies
  • Provide administrative support such as processing invoices
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimally 4 years of experience in office administration and reception duties preferred
  • Keen attention to detail and proactive attitude
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office technology
