Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement to long-term strategic partnership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships by delivering tailored solutions that align with their evolving business needs.
- Build and sustain “trusted advisor” status with clients through consistent, value-driven interactions and strategic guidance.
- Manage the communication flow between the company and clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and support.
- Play a critical role within the sales team by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and successfully closing deals with key institutions in the local market.
- Lead the development and execution of compelling, client-centric presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve high conversion rates and meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience
- Prior work experience in sales of integrated solutions and/or security inspection systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing Business-to-Business (B2B) accounts.
- Proven ability to sell software, solutions, and services with confidence and clarity.
- Excellent communication with strong presentation skill.
- Prior experience selling into the commercial sector is highly preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that leverage emerging technological trends, creating new business opportunities or revenue streams.
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in multicultural environment.
