Service Engineer/ Sales Engineer (Mechanical/ No exp welcomed/ Tuas)

• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
• Overseas travel required

1. Service Engineer

• Perform commissioning, start-up, testing, and performance checks for marine engines and generator sets.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and distributors across assigned regions.
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely resolution during installation and operation.
• Conduct user training on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support warranty and after-sales service, including failure analysis and root cause investigation.
• Prepare service reports, commissioning records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, factory teams, and internal departments for technical support and project execution.
• Assist in field testing, data collection, and performance evaluation of equipment.
• Provide feedback to engineering and R&D teams for product improvement.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety (WSH) requirements and company standards.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in marine engines, generator sets, or OEM/service engineering is an advantage.
• Strong mechanical knowledge (fuel, lubrication, cooling, turbocharger systems preferred).
• Able to read technical drawings and use diagnostic tools.
• Willing to travel overseas for work assignments.

• Playing the quintessential role of managing all key accounts across the Asia Pacific region
• Explore new business opportunities and pursue new market opportunities
• Develop strategies to achieve sales target and brand exposure
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for marketing planning
• Any other duties assigned within the course of work

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales/Business/Engineering
• Experience in selling generator power or industrial products will be advantageous
• Willing and able to travel around Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia region
• Customer-driven and enthusiastic about spare parts/power generation products
