Supervisor

• Service and maintenance of motor vehicles (Petrol & Diesel), including engine checks, chassis checks, battery checks, identify mechanical defects or faults, and replace defective or worn parts.
• Overhaul and test major components such as engines, transmission systems and electrical systems.
• Possess fundamental electrical knowledge to troubleshoot electrical systems; use engine diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot “Check Engine Light”, identify electrical faults, perform repairs and replace defective parts.
• Experienced in electrical wiring to install accessories such as reverse camera, driving video recorder, alarm security system and audio system.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries, requests, feedback and concerns on vehicle-related issues.
• Responsible for daily driving, transportation, pickup and delivery, and proper vehicle usage logging to ensure safety and punctuality.
• Complete transportation, delivery and field duties in accordance with company requirements, and comply with traffic rules and company vehicle policies.
• Handle customer complaints, urgent repairs and on-site emergencies to improve service satisfaction.
• Provide team training, technical guidance, performance evaluation and on-the-job coaching for new staff.
• Control maintenance costs, spare parts inventory and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth workshop operation.
• Coordinate inter-departmental communication and implement company policies and assignments from superiors.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Good working attitude with service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good team player with initiative and positive attitude towards learning and work.
• Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends and public holidays.
