Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to join our engineering support team. This role involves providing technical guidance and operational support to airline customers and repair organisations, ensuring swift resolution of issues and high-quality service delivery.
The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to the operational success of aerospace systems.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to technical and engineering enquiries from airline customers and maintenance partners
- Coordinate requests for tools, spare parts, and equipment to support field operations
- Liaise with manufacturers and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Plan and manage on-site support activities with customers as required
- Conduct investigations on technical issues and assist with warranty and service management
- Provide support to senior technical managers in delivering customer solutions
- Participate in urgent Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) support on a rotational basis, including weekends and public holidays
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related engineering discipline
3–5 years of relevant experience in aerospace, aviation, or technical support
Prior experience in field support, MRO, or engineering coordination is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Willingness to travel for training or on-site assignments (up to one month)
