• Provide pre-sales consultation and support, promptly addressing customer inquiries and requests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, delivering effective solutions.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and manuals for team members and users.
• Facilitate support for new product certifications and renewals.
• Manage the Warranty Entitlement and Claim system effectively.

• Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a relevant role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in diagnosing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
