We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the company’s daily HR operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who are keen to gain hands-on exposure in payroll, recruitment, employee administration, and MOM work pass matters within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and attendance verification
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Prepare HR documents and maintain employee records
  • Handle leave administration and staff claims
  • Assist with MOM work pass applications and renewals
  • Support general HR administrative duties
Requirements
  • Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to travel to Loyang for work
  • Prior HR/payroll experience is an advantage
