As an Employee Experience Team Intern, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in employee communication, event planning, and writing for different audiences, while contributing to the growth of a positive and inclusive work culture.
How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be a creative problem-solver, able to think critically and adapt to changing priorities. You'll work closely with the Employee Experience Team to design and execute employee engagement initiatives, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive results.
Your ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels will be crucial in building relationships and driving engagement. What you do Your responsibilities will include: Content Creation: produce high-quality materials such as EDMs, videos, and microsites for various events and activities, including the Global Corporate Banking's General Managers' Conference Event Planning: assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement events, and help build a positive and inclusive work culture Employee Recognition: support employee recognition programmes that celebrate the achievements of our people Data Analysis: assist in the analysis of the annual Employee Survey to help drive employee engagement initiatives Communication: draft EDMs for Global Wholesale Banking and Global Corporate Banking, and learn to write for different target audiences Who you work with The Global Wholesale Banking team is a dynamic and fast-paced division that drives the growth of OCBC's wholesale banking business.

Who you are Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree Proficient in the English language and MS Office Applications Proficient in design applications such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator Open to learning and feedback Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: Exposure to employee communication and engagement initiatives Hands-on experience in event planning and execution Opportunities to develop your writing and design skills Insights into data analysis and its application in driving employee engagement initiatives What we offer: Competitive base salary.
