• Assist in managing relationships and engagement activities with donors and partners, ensuring successful fundraising outcomes through strong stakeholder and project management.
• Support the conceptualisation and execution of organisation's signature events and initiatives to enhance donor and stakeholder experience.
• Contribute to strategising and acquiring new partners by proposing innovative fundraising ideas that encourage giving to the social service sector.
• Conduct reviews, generate ideas, and propose creative strategies to expand charitable giving and develop sustainable partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to amplify impact and drive event and fundraising success.

• Diploma in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with a good sense of numbers and analytical thinking.
• Experience in event planning, fundraising, or account management, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• (Preferred) Experience or keen interest in the social service sector.
