Executive, Community Engagement (Fundraising)

Employment Type: Office-based, Full-time

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Executive to join our Community Engagement Team, focusing on fundraising initiatives. If you have a flair for project management, communication, and a strong interest in social causes, this role could be a perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and activities.
• Research, identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, partners, and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Support the Community Engagement team in day-to-day operations and special initiatives.
• Take on other related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Willingness to occasionally work late or on weekends when necessary.
• Compassionate with a strong interest in healthcare or social services.
• Experience in fundraising/community engagement is a plus.
