Role Overview

We are seeking a high‑performance hunter sales professional to drive new business acquisition and strategic account expansion across Southeast Asia (SEA), covering hyperscalers, cloud providers, power grid operators, large‑scale data center customers, and network and security infrastructure vendors.

This role is focused on opening new logos, developing greenfield opportunities, and positioning Keysight as a trusted technology partner.

This role also supports the growth of the AI ecosystem by collaborating with technology partners and system integrators to deliver AI solutions across infrastructure, platforms, and applications. You will articulate and position differentiated AI value propositions across the broader ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively hunt and acquire new customers within hyperscaler, energy, and data center ecosystems
  • Develop and execute territory and account penetration strategies, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Engage senior customer stakeholders to uncover technical and business challenges
  • Position Keysight solutions across:
  • Security, networking, and AI performance validation
  • Power electronics, grid modernization, and energy transition
  • Drive complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through closure
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, application engineers, and partner teams
  • Utilize CRM tools to build, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking opportunities, leads, and customer interactions
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to product and strategy teams
  • Engage with relevant local chapters and industry associations across telecoms, data centers, energy, and hyperscaler segments
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 7–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a strong hunter profile
  • Proven track record of driving net‑new revenue and consistently achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrated success selling into one or more of the following:
  • - Hyperscalers (cloud, AI infrastructure, networking teams)
  • Power utilities or grid operators
  • Large‑scale data center or colocation providers
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions (e.g., test & measurement, validation, network visibility, or adjacent technologies)
  • Strong executive‑level communication skills with a value‑based selling approach
  • Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Role covers regional responsibilities across parts of Southeast Asia (SEA); travel within the region is required.
