Logistics & Sales Operations Assistant Manager

Job Summary

The Logistics & Sales Operations Executive is responsible for end-to-end order execution, logistics coordination, sales operations support, and inventory management. This role serves as a key liaison between Headquarters, freight forwarders, finance, warehouses, and distributors to ensure accurate documentation, compliant cross-border shipments, and efficient operational workflows.

1. Order Execution & Document Management

• Place timely and accurate orders to Headquarters.
• Maintain, update, and distribute logistics documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Documents) to agents, distributors, and freight forwarders.

1. Logistics, Tax & Customs

• Coordinate with freight forwarders on container haulage, shipment scheduling, and customs clearance to ensure smooth inbound and outbound movements.
• Prepare and issue sea freight billings to distributors.

1. Sales Operations & Inventory

• Prepare Delivery Orders (DOs) and generate Commercial Invoices for local and regional sales transactions.
• Maintain real-time accuracy of the Master Inventory Sheet and warehouse-specific records

1. After-Sales & General Administration

• Manage the RMA process, including defective product returns, replacements, and exchanges.
• Process payment applications for warehouse charges, freight bills, and related operational expenses, while coordinating daily courier services (e.g., DHL) and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
• Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics administration, shipping coordination, supply chain operations, or a related field.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Critical Requirement)
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation, import/export procedures, and customs processes.
• Familiarity with GST and basic trade compliance requirements is an advantage.
