Evaluation Support Assistant (Hair Care)
The Evaluation Support Assistant – Hair Care provides essential support to Fragrance Development Managers (FDMs) during product evaluations, with a focus on hair care applications. The role ensures smooth execution of evaluation activities by preparing samples, maintaining high standards of housekeeping in the evaluation room, and supporting accurate and efficient assessment processes in line with dsm-firmenich quality and safety standards.
Your key responsibilities Involved the development and implementation of new protocols for Hair Care Evaluation, ensuring successful pilot testing and alignment with project objectives
Coordinate smelling sessions for newly launched and relaunched products, ensuring seamless execution and accurate sensory feedback collection- Manage calendar scheduling for evaluation facilities
- Revamp the market products stock list across all countries in Excel Spreadsheet
- Coordinate samples and shipping forms for courier
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of market products within SCC, fabric enhancer, Air Care and surface care categories for SEA. Accurately capture documents into olfactive descriptions of these products, ensuring they are entered into Encyclopedia for future reference and analysis

You bring Strong interest in hair care products, fragrances,or cosmetic evaluation, with willingness to learn on the job- Ability to support evaluationactivities, including basic sample preparation and organization
