Job Scope (General):

Provide support for the daily operations of the clinic or department
Manage phone calls, emails, and patient-related inquiries
Assist healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks
Communicate and coordinate information with relevant departments
Carry out duties specific to the assigned role as required

Requirements:

GCE N / O / A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma
No prior experience needed – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
Able to commit for at least 3 months & above!
