Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets by developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving pipeline growth through prospecting, proposal management, and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (cold outreach, referrals, networking, site visits).
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal/quotation → negotiation → closing → after-sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision makers.
- Prepare proposals, sales presentations, pricing, and contract terms aligned with company policy.
- Monitor pipeline health and forecast sales performance; report weekly to management.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales executives; set targets and conduct performance reviews.
- Collaborate with operations/finance/admin to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and invoicing.
- Handle customer issues/escalations and ensure service satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations .
