Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Field Sales – Building & Architecture))

We are a distributor of international door hardware and door sealing solutions, supplying to contractors, door manufacturers, hardware retailers, and architectural firms. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy field sales and building long-term client relationships.

• Visit door companies, contractors, hardware suppliers, and related businesses regularly
• Introduce and promote our products (product training will be provided)
• Develop new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations/proposals with the support team
• Conduct consistent field visits and follow up on opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• (For Sales Manager role) Guide junior sales staff and support team coordination when required

• Strong drive and passion for sales and earning performance-based income
• Own transport preferred
• Field sales experience in building materials / hardware / industrial products
• Compulsory for Sales Manager role
• Preferred for Sales Executive role
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
