Finance Manager

Company located in northern part of Singapore is looking for experienced finance and accounting professional to lead the Singapore finance team.

Key responsibilities:

• Timely preparation and submission of sub group consolidated financial statements
• Review and ensure accuracy of subsidiaries financial reports
• Prepare monthly financial analysis on the financial performance and business trends
• Lead, manage and provide guidance to Finance team including hiring and training of Finance team members
• Manage subsidiaries cash-flow including monthly AR collections
• Ensure timely completion of annual audit including preparation of audit financial statements
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
• Compilation, review and submission of yearly budget to Group Finance
• Provide support and work with Business Units in achieving business goals
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, laws, and regulations, and manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Manage all tax matters in Singapore
• Perform ad-hoc projects & other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy or ACCA
• Familiar with IFRS
• Minimum 5 years post graduate working experience in similar capacity with preferably 2 years in audit experience
• Possess good organizational skills and ability to independently manage a team
• Have a high level of professionalism, initiative and resourcefulness in completing tasks timely
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
