Job Description:

• Strategic Finance: Partner with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership to shape and execute long-term financial strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; provide actionable insights to support growth and decision-making.
• Financial Governance: Oversee reporting, audits, compliance, and internal controls.
• Business Partnering: Advise business units on performance, KPIs, and operational decisions.
• Cash & Capital Management: Optimise cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team; improve processes and systems.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 5-10 years in progressive finance roles; Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Finance Director experience preferred. Exposure to SMEs or high-growth companies is a plus.
• Qualifications: Degree in Accounting / Finance; CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate finance into actionable business insights.
