As a Technical Support Operator (12hours Shift), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Monitor systems, applications, servers, networks, and jobs to ensure smooth operation.
• Report and escalate any issues or alerts promptly according to set guidelines.
• Provide support and respond to IT-related questions via phone and email.
• Complete daily tasks accurately using checklists.
• Assist the team leader and follow instructions.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
• Work in a 24/7 shift schedule as required.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Possess a Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, A-level, or Diploma in IT related field.
