Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Supervisor, responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a section within the department to meet organizational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of improvement projects and liaise with customers to resolve operational issues.
- Guide junior staff and new hires in achieving warehouse operations targets.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
- Plan manpower with cost considerations to fulfill customer order demands.
- Promote a culture of physical and mental well-being in the workplace.
- Oversee safety measures and disseminate safety information to the team.
- Monitor employee performance and address any related issues.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Report on warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform any other job-related functions as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
- Valid forklift license with hands-on operational experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
