Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete patient journey from registration through to treatment and payment, ensuring minimal wait times.
• Manage the scheduling of therapists and support staff to maximize clinic efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels for clinical supplies and office materials while managing vendor relationships.
• Support billing processes and insurance claims, while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as appointment fill rates.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient feedback and service recovery efforts.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficiency in healthcare management systems, scheduling software, and basic financial or billing platforms.
• Excellent with a patient-centered approach to service delivery and problem resolution.
