Sales Support Engineer
Permanent role
Basic up to $ 5,000 + AWS +VB
Monday to Friday: Office Hour
Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities:

Gain a deep understanding of customer workflows and propose tailored solutions; keep clients updated on delivery schedules and any changes
Proactively identify areas to improve products and services
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and internal teams during client meetings
Respond to inquiries and provide precise, well-prepared quotations
Manage the complete order process using SAP/MRC Global systems
Oversee documentation and certification processes while tracking project milestones
Prepare and maintain reports related to delivery timelines, outstanding documents, and tender activities
Support tender submissions, ensuring all documents align with customer requirements

Additional Information:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering studies or with relevant experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
Familiarity with the oil & gas industry or working with major accounts
Able to read drawing
